About Mark
Mark Kruse has been in the Real Estate business for over 18 years and has been the Team Leader of "The Kruse to Close Team" since January 2022. After being in the business for 17 years, and consistently breaking RE/MAX records on a regional and national level as well as teaching and facilitating agent classes and masterminds, Mark decided to take the giant leap to become a Team leader of his own RE/MAX team in the greater Denver/Colorado Front Range area. Mark and "The Kruse to Close Team" live the RE/MAX brand. It is representative of how Mark and his team seamlessly implement proactive communication and best practices to help their clients achieve their goals in a timely manner, as well as facilitate a smooth transaction from first contact all the way to the closing table. Mark has been a Top Producer in Sales for RE/MAX Alliance consistently and most notably received his Hall of Fame award in 2012, reached RE/MAX Platinum Sales and above 2013 to present, helped a staggering 81 families achieve their goals in 2016, and has earned national recognition by becoming one of the newest members of the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award in 2017. He was also awarded the prestigious Chairman’s Club Award in 2016 and 2020, the Titan Club Award in 2021 as a solo agent without a full-time assistant, and the Titan Team Award in 2022. He has made the REAL Trends* “America’s Best” list every year since 2016, ranking him among the top 1.5% of the 1.6 million licensed real estate professionals in the United States of America.
